Packing...

In few hours I'll fly to Stockholm but I still don't know what to bring... Some of my friends says it's spring even there while others say it's srill very cold, so how should I dress?

The meteo says 13 degrees in the days (spring time!) but 3-5 in the evening/night (wiiiinter!). Sigh.
