Two hours of fitness
Good start of the Friday - started of with 2 hours of exercising, 1 hour STEP plus 30 minutes Tone and 30minutes Legs, Bums and Tums. Very good training mix.
Now turbo speed of shower, lunch and evening fix before going to work.
